The color is a dream. I ordered the energy seamless in black, navy and purple before. All of them in size M too. Unfortunately this color seems to have less stretch or room in the butt area. On my legs they fit really good and are stretchy, but when u have big butt like me maybe size up in this color. I’m 180cm and 72 kg

True to size, but you could size up or down depending on how much compression you want. My waist is 28.5 inches (72cm) at the navel and hips are 38 inches (96cm) at the widest point. I am 5’3″ tall and weigh 128 lbs (58kg). I got a small, and they fit snugly with medium to high compression. I could fit a size medium as well with a little less compression. The material is very thick and compressive but still has a lot of stretch, so it covers cellulite very well. It is high waisted with a thick compressive waistband, so it has a lot of tummy control. The gray color is squat proof. The booty contour is well placed, so it sits right under your booty, not on your leg.
