it’s ok, but slipping when dry. i thought if would be sliding proof both dry and wet. i tend to sweat all over my body but not on my hands. i am not sure this product is good for yogis who tend to have dry hands.

Very accurate and the mat is ideal for my practice. Easy to clean – just put it in washer and dryer and you are ready for your next warm yoga practice. when its dry, it slips slightly, once I get a few drops of sweat onto the mat, it works as described (Anti skid on both top and bottom)
